Marinade:
1 lb. steak strips
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup onion, grated
1/2 cup milk
1 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:

Combine all of the marinade ingredients and marinate beef strips for 1-4 hours. Thread on skewers and broil or grill for 5 minutes basting with marinade.

Combine all ingredients for peanut sauce and serve on the side of the beef as a dip. Serve with rice.
