1 c sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
1/4 c butter or shortening dash of salt
1 egg well beaten 3 lg. apples
peeled and chop
1 c flour 1/2 c chopped
Pecans
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add egg and mix well. Sift dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture and blend. Mix in apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 in. square pan.
