3/4 cup molasses
1 cup sugar
1 TBSP vinegar
1 egg
1 scant TBSP soda
1 TBSP ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Let molasses come to a boil and add soda. Mix other ingredients together, add to molasses add vinegar.
Add 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup to make soft dough

Cook at 350 degrees

Doreen says that the best tip from her mother on this recipe is take the cookies out of oven when feel a little under done.
