Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup skim milk powder
1 cup water or veg. stock
3 eggs
1/2 cup beef drippings or oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, salt and milk powder add water gradually.
2. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes
3. Chill for 20 minutes
4. Put oil in pan heat pan
5. Quickly rebeat batter

Cook 30 minutes
