1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 egg
1 - 2 slices bread grated (or bread or cracker crumbs)
1 small onion chopped
1 pkg. shredded cheese (your favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, egg, onion and bread crumbs together. Place mixture on large sheet of wax paper. Roll out flat, add cheese, roll up jelly roll syle, and seal the ends. Place in meat loaf pan and bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
