Ingredients:  
1 1/2 quarts water (6 cups)
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. velveeta cheese (2 cups) cubed
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter (must use butter!)
1 cup cream or half & half
1/3 cup flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, broccoli, and onion to a boil, add seasoning, and cubed cheese. Add milk, cream and butter.
Add 1/2 cup water to flour and shake, add to soup
Add Bullion cubes, simmer for a couple hours.
Be Careful not to burn it!
