Ingredients:  
1 1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs,
12 tsp salt
2 Tbs minced green pepper
2 Tbs minced onion
2 Tbs melted butter
1 egg, beaten
3/4 Cup yellow corn
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, green pepper, onion, melted butter, egg and corn into a stiff stuffing. Cut a slit in each chop and stuff with stuffing. Arrange chops in a greased baking dish: pour soup over chops. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
