You'll need a mixer or blender for this...
1 egg,
1/2 lemon,
1 tsp honey,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 cup cooking oil.

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl or blender, combine egg, juice from lemon, honey, and salt. While beating or while blender is on, add oil, one drop at a time. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup of mayonnaise.
