6 eggs
3 sticks butter, softened to room temp
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and cream cheese, blend in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Add vanilla.

Bake at 325 for approx. 1 1/2 hours. Knife will be clean when tested in the center.
Mini pans 275 for approx. 35 minutes.
