1 c. Self Rising Corn Meal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cream style corn
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Mix corn meal, eggs, cooking oil and corn, mixing well. Fold in sour cream and mix well. Pour into preheated muffin tins and bake until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
