Ingredients:  
1 dozen large mushrooms (cleaned)
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1T grated cheese
3T oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Add bread crumbs, cheese and oil, mix well.
Place caps on baking pan and stuff with mixture.
Bake at 350 until tender (approx. 20 minutes)
