1 roll sugar cookie dough
Filling:
1 8 oz cream cheese, soften to room temp.
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Fruits of your choice, plus 1 can pineapple (reserve juice)
2 T corn starch
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Press sugar cookie dough into Pizza pan. Cook according to directions. Completely cool.
Mix filling ingredients together and spread over crust.
Place fruit over filling.
Mix reserved pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 c, place in sauce pan. Mix with corn starch and sugar. Cook until thick and spread over fruit. Chill thoroughly.
