6 Granny Smith apples, peel, core, cut up
1 t. fresh cranberries
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. corn starch
2 oz. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
12 oz apricot preserves
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn starch. Add fruit. Mix butter, vanilla and preserves. Place fruit in 9x13 pan, pour preserve mixture over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.

Serve warm. Yummy with a scoop vanilla ice cream.
