1 egg, beaten
2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Townhouse crackers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup Ketchup
2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 med. green bell peppers - tops cut off, seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except bell peppers in a bowl. Mixture should be firm. If not, add a few more crackers. Spoon mixture into bell peppers, then place in a greased baking dish. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, 45 minutes.
