1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside. In a separate large bowl, beat together milk, oil, and egg. Slowly whisk dry mixture into wet mixture until mixed well. Do not over-mix. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto a skillet heated over a medium heat. Flip when edges are light brown and cook for the same amount of time on the other side.
