4 medium potatoes, boiled until tender
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel half of the skin from potatoes and mash. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring often, until heated throughout.
