2 1/2 # Stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
5 large carrots, cut into chunks
5 large potatoes, cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 can sweet green peas, reserve liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste

Add meat and veggies to oven safe pan.
Mix soups, liquid from peas, salt and pepper.
Pour over meat mixture and evenly coat. Add
peas and stir in gently. Cover.
Bake at 275 for 5 hours.
