1 stick of unsalted butter
1 C. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
6 3/4 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

12 oz. evaporated milk
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 C. half and half
__________________________________

2 C. heavy cream
1 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients. Cream together butter, and sugar until it looks like mashed potatoes. Add eggs, one at a time until mixed well. Add vanilla. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Scoop batter into a 13X9 cake pan that has been buttered and floured. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.

Combine the 3 milk products. With skewers or chopsticks, poke holes all through the cake. Pour the 3 milks over the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.

In a mixer, combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix on medium-high speed until peaks form. Spread on top of the cake, cut, and serve immediately.
