CRUST:
1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 cup flour
FILLING:
3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
For the Crust:
Mix together all the crust ingredients until smooth.
Place in small muffin tins, the size of walnuts.
Press dough mixture evenly around the sides & bottoms.
For the Filling:
Beat egg, add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350F, for 20 minutes.
