California Rolls Recipe

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup of butter (melted)
4 C. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water & warm milk.
Add sugar & dissolved yeast mixture together.
Let stand 1/2 hour (COVERED) Do Not Put in Refrigerator..Add 2 well beaten eggs, 1 tsp. salt, melted butter & flour. Mix well.
Let this sit in bowl over night or at least 1 to 2 hours.

Divide dough in 3 parts, roll till 1/8 inch thick. Roll into a crescent shape.

Place on cookie sheet, let this sit for 1 to 2 hours.

Bake 400F, for 10 minutes.
