1 pkg. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
3 eggs(beaten)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, water and beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients, knead & let rise. Place in refrigerator. Let stand out at room temperature for 1 hour. Form into rolls and place in greased pan. Let rise again and then bake.
If making cinnamon rolls, use 1/2 cup butter melted, 1 cup brown sugar and cinammon. Roll dough to 3/8", Cream butter & sugar add spread it on bottom layer of dough. Roll dough and pinch end to seal. Cut roll into into slices and place on greased pan. Let rolls rise and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Mom use to roll 3 small balls and placed them in a cupcake pan to rise (cloverleaf). Cinnamon rolls were placed in baking pan.
