2/3 cup Carrots
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Flour
Dash Salt & Pepper
2 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Velveeta Cheese
1/2 cups Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Vegetables in Margarine, blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add Cheese, stir until melted. Add beer and heat. Do Not Boil.
