1 pkg (20 oz.) California Blend Frozen Vegetables
1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick (1/4 c) butter
8 oz. Cheez Whiz (or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 casserole dish.

1 pkg. (20 oz) California Blend Frozen Vegetables- place in casserole dish
1 cup uncooked Minute rice - pour over veggies
1 Tbsp. onion flakes - sprinkle over rice

Heat together and pour over veggie mix:
1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup milk 1/2 stick butter
8 oz. Cheez Whiz (or less)

Bake at 350

Note: Can substitute celery or mushroom soup. Charlotte submitted this recipe in memory of her mother Lucille Hanson. Everytime Lucille would write me a note it seemed as though she was making this recipe for some type of gathering.
