3 1/4 c flour
1/2 c finely chopped pepperoni
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
2 Tbs. softened margarine
1 1/4 cup hot water (125 degrees)

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1 c flour. Mix remaining flour and other dry ingredients, including yeast, in a large bowl. Stir water and margarine into dry mixture. Mix in pepperoni and only enough reserved flour to make a very thick batter. Cover: Let rest 10 mintes. Turn batter in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size (30-45 Min.). Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or untill done. Remove from casserole; cool
