1 # round cheese, room temperature
3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 c nuts chopped fine
1 small onion
1 tsp. garlic
dash black pepper
dash salt
dash red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all of this togeather. Shape into a roll on wax paper sprinkled with paprika. Roll and chill. Slice thin. Serve on crackers.
