Filling:
1-1/2 cups water
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon butter
3 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
juice and rind of 1 lemon

Pie crust:
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons water
2 heaping tablespoons lard
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Use enough cold water to dissolve corn starch. Boil 1- 1 1/2 cup water. Add dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly. Add sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice and butter. Beat well and let cool.
