6 c apples (pealed)
1/2 c sugar
3 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients except for apples. Add apples to mixture tossing to coat fruit Transfer to a 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Roll pie crust 1 inch larger than top of casserole. Cut slits in pastry.. Place pastry over apple mixture. Seal to rim of casserole. Cover edge of pie with foil Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
