3 cups milk 2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp flour 1 cup sugar 2 squares chocolate 1/2 tsp salt 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla single pie crust
Dissolve cornstarch, flour, salt and sugar in small amount of cold milk. Stir into heated remaining milk. Add two squares of chocolate. Beat three eggs and small amounts of heated mixture to eggs slowly to warm eggs. Cooked until thickened. Add vanilla. Put in baked pie shell and top with meringue.
