1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a jelly roll pan.
Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Put in jelly roll pan and cover with 1 can of fruit pie filling. Bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool, then frost with the following:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 T. flour
Boil the first 3 ingredients together, then add a little vanilla and frost cake while still warm.
