2 cups Chocolate chips, divided
1 cup butter or margarine (soft) divided
1 1/4 cup sugar, divided
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave 1 cup chocolate chips to melt. Cool slightly. Cream 1/2 butter and 1 cup sugar, add eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well. Stir in chocolate. Combine 1 1/4 cup flour and baking soda. Add to butter and stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9x13 pan and bake 350 for 15-22 minutes. Cool.
In mixing bowl cream 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar. Beat in milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Gradually add 1 cup flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by Tablespoon over cooled brownies. Spread carefully. Store in refrigerator.
