1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs-(1) at a time
1 tsp. orange extract
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the ingredients well.


3 C. of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda


1 C. of water & 2 C. of Golden Raisins till water is absorbed

Add Raisins & 1 C. walnuts to dough.Mix 1/2 cup. sugar & cinnamon. Roll cookies into balls & roll in the cinnamon & sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
