Water- enough to make a pot, or just for a single person.
Depends on how much you want to make.
This IS NOT a soup, but you want enough water so that the ingredients aren't dry or they don't burn.

1 onion- chopped
3 to 4 potatoes-cubed
salt & pepper to season
4 carrots-grated
1 lb. of lean hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add remaining ingredients.Cook it long enough for the potatoes to be tender enough to eat.Can add other various vegetables to your liking.
