1 beef shank soup bone
4 grated carrots
4 potatoes-cubed
1 onion-chopped
water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil soup bone in water long enough for meat to be tender.
Take soup bone out & let cool, cut excess meat off & put back in the water.
Add vegetables, cook until tender.
May add other vegetables to your liking.
