Ingredients:
1 lb. package ground sausage
3 c. Bisquick© baking mix
4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper, or more if desired

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl; mix well with your fingers. The mixture will be very crumbly.

Form into 1-inch sausage balls, squeezing the mixture so it holds together, then rolling it between the palms of your hands. Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. To prevent sticking, move the sausage balls with a spatula halfway through cooking.

Cool, then remove from cookie sheet.
