1 small container Cool Whip 1 16 oz. pkg. of cherry Jello ( other flavors may be used) 1-14 to 16 oz. can crushed pineapples (undrained) 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Mix cottage cheese, pineapples & jello powder until jello is dissolved. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix in walnuts or pecans if desired. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before serving. Top with sliced cherry or orange sections to garnish.
