1 (12 oz) large shell pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions, rinsed with cold water & drained.
1 (28 oz.) can Hunts choice-cut tomatoes, drained.
2 medium carrots, diagonally sliced.
1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
1/2 green bell pepper, cubed
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe black olives, drained
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
Cover & refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
