6 large potatoes
c. butter softened
- 1 c. milk/cream
3 T. minced onion
3 T. crumbled cooked bacon
1 T. snipped chives
t. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
Some pepper and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400 for 60 minutes or until soft. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out potatoes, place in bowl. Mash potatoes and butter together. Blend in milk, bacon, onion, chives, salt, pepper and 1 c. of cheese. Re-fill potato shells and top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake @375 for 25-30 minutes.
