3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
3/4 c. butter softened
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. smooth peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until you reach cookie dough consistency. Press dough into a large, lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes or lightly browned and firm. Beat 1 cup smooth peanut butter and spread over hot cake. Cool completely. Frosting: 1/2 c. butter, pinch of salt, 4 T. unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla, beat until smooth, add alternately 1/2 c. evaporated milk w/ 4 c. powdered sugar, until you reach desired consistency. Frosting should be thick- may have to add more powdered sugar and/or less milk.
