1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp.)
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 small tomato, cored and chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup pitted, ripe olives, chopped
2 T. parsley
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 375. Spread refried beans onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine cream cheese and seasoning mix, add garlic and spread over beans. Add tomato, onion, olives and parsley. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 25 - 30 minutes, or until hot. Garnish with sour cream, if desired. Serve with chips.
