1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. lobster meat
1/2 lb. X lg. shrimp, shell, de-vein, chop
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 Cup pimento, chopped
1 Cup celery, finely diced
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
In large skillet, add 1 cup of water; bring to boiling. Add shrimp pieces. Sauté until shrimp turns pink. Drain, cool. Add shrimp to large bowl. Break lobster and crab meat into small chunks and add to shrimp. Sprinkle seafood with lemon juice. Stir. Add celery, pimento, and mayonnaise mixing well after each addition. Season and taste. Re season, if necessary.
