2 teaspoon(s) ground chipotle chile pepper
1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Pat pork or chicken dry before sprinkling with rub and use just enough to coat lightly, about 1 tablespoon per pound.

This rub can be made ahead and stored in tightly sealed containers at room temperature up to 6 months.
