Cake:
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup Mountain Dew
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup Mountain Dew
1/4 cup water

Cake:
Grease bundt pan. Spread nuts in bottom of pan. Mix ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over nuts and bake at 325 degrees for 48 - 55 minutes until tests done.

Glaze:
Mix ingredients in sauce pan and boil 2-3 minutes. Pour over hot cake after making several small holes in cake. Cool 10 minutes and invert on a plate.
