1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 package caramels (50 per package)
1/2 cup evaporated milk (small can)
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup chocolate chips
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions. Put half in greased 9/13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Melt caramels, milk and oleo. Spread this on first half of cake. Then sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts. Pour remaining cake over this. Bake 20 minutes more.
