beef roast (2 - 3 lb.)
1 qt. water

1 bottle Kraft Hickory barbecue sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:

Cook roast in crock pot with water until done.

Pull beef into small pieces and place in a large pot.

Mix in other ingredients and simmer on low heat until warm.

Adjust brown sugar and vinegar to taste.


This is great to have ready when you come home after soccer, softball, Girl Scouts, basketball, school play, youth group or just anytime! It's an easy do-ahead meal, and good for school lunches, too.
