3/4 cup margarine 2 cups sugar (scant) 1-1/2 cup boiling water 2 cups flour 2 teaspoon soda 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add boiling water and dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs and vanilla last. Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 minutes.
