2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken soup

TOPPING
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hash browns. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.

TOPPING: Mix crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter together and put on top of casserole. Cover lightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
