1 white cake mix
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups coconut (save some to sprinkle on top)
1 8-ounce carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake in 2 layers according to directions on the box. Cool. Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut. Split cake layers and spread with sour cream, sugar and coconut mixture between each layer. Cool in refrigerator. Ice with Cool Whip or Dream Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Store in refrigerator.
Note: May add sliced fresh strawberries between layers on top of sugar/coconut mixture. May use lemon pie filling in a can instead of sour cream/coconut mixture.
