1 dozen eggs, mixed well with fork 3 slices fresh bread, broken up 3/4 cup milk small can mushrooms 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 lb. browned sausage links, cut up 1 1/2 t. dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
