4 slightly beaten eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. almond extract 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups half and half 1/2 cup milk nutmeg
Chill a 9" unbaked pie shell. Blend eggs, sugar, salt, almond extract and vanilla. Combine half and half and milk on stove to scald. Gradually stir milk into mixture. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 25-30 mins or until custard is set.
