1 very large yam
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
all spice
salt
butter
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the yam to medium fine. Mix ingredients, using as much butter as about the size of an egg. Use enough milk to cover the pudding. Cook not too fast, at least 2 hours, stirring about twice while cooking.
